One Vision in Europe

To our valued European Distributors,
In August, the majority of Europeans have had their minds on vacation. But when you have fantastic leaders like we have in Switzerland and Norway – they get people’s minds on XanGo!
I just returned from an incredible trip to Europe, which again confirmed my belief that we have a team of great leaders who will make XanGo a dominant presence in the European network marketing arena for decades to come.
It started with a lakeside paradise in Switzerland called Meggen, just next door to Lucerne. XL Premier leaders Stefan Hostettler and Björn Maibach gathered over 200 people to a powerful and rocking meeting. This was my first meeting in Switzerland, with the market officially opening in October, and these guys know how to do it right!
XanGo branding was everywhere, along with fantastic audio and video presentations that got the crowd to their feet with excitement. I was introduced on stage behind the powerful racing engine of a 360 Ferrari branded with “Feel the Power: XANGO”, and Queen’s “One Vision” blasting over the speakers. If that doesn’t get you excited, you might have to check for a pulse!
We recognized 19 new 1ks, two 5ks and a new 20k, Armin Fuchs. The meeting was a model for growth, power, and leadership in the European market. What great leadership!
We then made our way to Oslo, Norway, where the leadership came out in force. Many drove hours to attend the meeting, to a packed house. I was especially impressed to see one of our Premiers, Margaretha Skarland, and her 20K, Kerstin Andersson, who came from Sweden to attend.
What really excited me was the fact we had 8 XL Premiers there, including our host, Eric Gusevik, who reached premier after only 67 days! That’s definitely a record in Europe. 100K Erlend Vatne, and Premiers Mats Uldal, Bjoern Larsen and Stig Are Bratberg were also there as leaders. What a powerful team! Nearly everyone attending signed up for XanGo Overdrive, our International Convention this November.
What’s even more exciting is the amount of momentum coming from Norway, with 65 new 1K’s in July, four 5K’s, and Julianne Kvernerud, a new 20K, all recognized at the meeting. Those individuals in Oslo alone, along with so many more recruited that evening will be the leaders of tomorrow in such an exciting market!
When I look at the energy and growth in Europe, I think of one word, and that is – leadership. Our leaders have been, and will continue to be the driving force for success in Europe. You are among that group!
Look for leaders within your organization, both upline and downline. Pull together to create amazing, positive and exciting meetings like we saw in Switzerland and Norway. Take advantage of this momentum and strive to be a leader in your organization… which overflows in more than 20 countries. The stronger you become, the stronger your business becomes!
I’ve seen it work. I was absolutely motivated to meet and work with such dynamic and remarkable leaders in Europe. I look at people like Dominique Degrieck and Danny Wanzeele who help lead Belgium and have been instruments of momentum in virtually every country throughout Europe. On a holiday, they packed the room with distributors and guests from around Belgium and the Netherlands and signed up one third of the attendees for Convention. I’m honored by our great Premier leaders in Germany such as Christian Neudel, Gabriela Häussner, Herbert Amrhein, Willi Sprenzl and Birgit Kozicke.
You all have the ingredients for tremendous success. Look towards that one vision of leadership in Europe, and keep the power of XanGo working for you!
We’re just beginning. We have hundreds of staff members working tirelessly to refine our business processes in Europe. Together, with our new and emerging leaders in Europe, XanGo will undoubtedly be the dominant, unstoppable force of direct sales.
Our distributors continue to change lives for the better all throughout Europe. The best thing about it? We’re just getting started!
