Delivery: 5 - 7 business days

Returns:

Call Customer Service at 1.800.1116.0795 to confirm and authorize any return. Customer Service will provide an RMA# and help you through the process. The order will be refunded 90% if it was refused and 100% if it was damaged or could not be delivered because of the address.

Commission Payment Information:

Without BDO Bank account, you will be unable to receive commissions from your XanGo business.

Each distributor must set up a bank account with BDO Bank in order to receive commissions.

Commissions will be directly deposited into this account in Philippine pesos (PHP).

To setup your BDO Bank account:

• Go to the New Accounts department at your local BDO Bank
• Present 2 valid ID's (passport, TIN, SSS, driver's license)
• Give the initial deposit of 2,000 PHP to New Accounts

XanGo must receive your BDO Bank account number before they will have the ability to pay you commissions. Please fax or email your number to XanGo at:

• Commissions are paid via check.
• PowerStart mailed each Friday for the previous week's commission.
• Unilevel mailed on the 20th of each month for the previous month's commission.

New Distributor Sign-up Information:

Choose one of three ways to sponsor a new XanGo distributor:

1. Online

• Go to http://www.myxango.com.ph
• Enter your Distributor ID and Password
• Select “New Sign-up”
• Select the region where your new distributor is located
• Complete the online distributor application
  

2. Phone

• With your new distributor present, call Customer Service at 800-1-116-0795.
• Follow instructions from Customer Service agent

3. Fax

• Fill out a Distributor Application and fax it to Customer Service at 800-1-116-0076. If you don’t have an application, you can download the form here:
• Go to http://www.myxango.com.ph
• Enter your Distributor ID and Password
• Select “Business Tools”
• Select “Library”
• Select the “Distributor Agreement” link under U.S. English documents
• Print the form

Fax the completed distributor application to 800-1-116-0076.
